This includes concept development, design analysis, designing of open areas or spaces about the artistic and aesthetic effect, enhancing of existing object/designs, spaces or concepts, design implementation, and creating prototypes by use of digital tools, graphics, and technology.

A. Concept Design:
Our approach starts with getting the brief which will allow us to thoroughly understand the clients' needs in consideration of their actual space requirement, scale, looks, feel, and how they envisage its use and purpose. After receiving the client's brief, we answer to the envisioned solution created with space through hand sketch layouts or computer-aided, mood images and symbolism in conformity with their corporate identity or personal taste.
B. Design Development:
At this stage, JCA develops the evolution of the whole design from the brief, the concept and interrelationships of the whole space, and in-depth planning that will suit the expectation of the client.
C. Tender Coordination and Evaluation:
Upon the approval of the design, JCA produces a detailed BOQ and pricing to match the budget and constraints of the client. The detailed breakdown of costs ensures transparency between JCA and the client and allows a margin for adjustment. Commercial Contract: Once the project costs have been completely developed, a commercial agreement or commercial contract will be established. During this period, the client can entrust the project with JCA Consultants together with all attached terms and conditions.
D. Design Drawings:
As soon as our team obtains approval from the client and other stakeholders, the full set of architectural interior and detailed drawings will be undertaken along with relevant site surveys, to ensure that the drawings and all specifications are accurate.
E. Coordination and Approval:
With the design and drawings in place, JCA will proceed in coordination with all the facets of the required approvals. With our long-standing experience in this industry, our team of project managers and designers can ensure on-time coordination and obtain necessary design approvals.
F. Fit-out Selection and Implementation:
JCA meticulously oversees the implementation of the project and submits on-going and timely reviews and reports from all facets of the Broadway team to ensure that targets are achieved.
G. Interior Merchandising and Furnishings:
JCA provides these particular services to the client with all the knowledge and creative skills important to the home furnishings, colorizing, visual merchandising, and home-staging industries. From its genuine design concept, JCA will produce a pleasing visual combination of design elements, color, drafting, furniture, lightings, fabrics, and other factors utilized in interior merchandising.
JCA will help the client with the following:
a. Select and coordinate furniture styles and surroundings appropriate to the client's needs.
b. Plan room spaces and furniture placements to satisfy the client's needs.
c. Select and recommend accessory items needed to complete a residency.
d. Analyze and design interior spaces using the elements and principles of design.
e. Read, design, and prepare a set of residential drawings for design, remodeling, or new construction.
f. Select color schemes and materials that apply to any situation presented by a client.
g. Identify period styles of interior architecture and historic furniture designs.
h. Estimate and specify interior finish materials such as floor coverings, wall coverings, window treatments, upholstery, etc.
i. Select appropriate materials and provide documentation for design solutions using those materials.
j. Perform calculations needed to price merchandise.
H. Project Completion:
Upon completion of the work, final quality assurance inspections are made before commissioning and handover to the client, ensuring that the whole project is arranged and exceeded the clients' expectations.
